Shelia Marilyn Hamacher

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shelia Marilyn Hamacher, born on September 10, 1946, in North Carolina. Shelia peacefully departed from this earthly life on October 23, 2024, at The Robin Johnson Hospice House in Dallas She was the beloved wife of 59 years to Mitchell Hamacher and the devoted mother of Michael Hamacher and wife Tina, Grandchildren are Zack, Austin, and Kayli Hamacher, and Lauren Welch. and great grandchildren are Bentley and Addalyn Auten, Cooper Welch and Harper Hamacher. Sister Tammy Packett.

She is preceded in death by her Mother Dorothy Gilbert, and Sons Dewayne and Steve Hamacher. Brothers Larry and Jerry Gilbert

Shelia dedicated her life to the textile industry and leaves behind a legacy of hard work and unwavering dedication. Her presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A Funeral Service to honor and celebrate Shelia's life will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 4:00 pm at the Greene Funeral Service - West Chapel officiated by Rev Sam Barnette. Prior to the service, a Visitation will take place at the same location at 3:00 pm, where friends and family can gather to pay their respects.

As we prepare to say our final farewells, let us remember Shelia with love and gratitude for the joy and kindness she brought into our lives. May she rest in eternal peace.
