Sharon "Sherri" Marie Robinette

On April 26, 2021 God called a beautiful angel home. Sharon Marie "Sherri" Robinette was always full of life and was a wonderful mother to her wonderful girls. Sherri always lived life to the fullest, but also hardheaded and very loved. All that knew her knew she came with helping hands. Sherri graduated from South Point High School and furthered her education in early childhood development. She will always be our sunshine.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Rebecca Smiley; grandmothers, Sharon Robinette and Ruby Smiley; grandfather, William Smiley; and daughter, Rilee Hughes.

She had a big family and is survived by her father, Randall Robinette and wife, Dawn; adopted dad, Robert Harper and wife, Crystal; fiancé, Montoya Hughes; daughters, Serenity Jennings, Avi'anna Robinette and Ka'marie Robinette; grandfather, David Robinette; brothers, Colton Robinette, Marcus Johnson, Roemello Harper, Armond Curry and Joseph Watkins; sisters, Kelly Hayes, Betty Chandler, Kelly Shelton, Alana Dixon and Unique Watkins; several aunts and uncles; 5 nieces; 9 nephews; and several cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Shelter 1 of George Poston Park- 1101 Lowell Spencer Mountain Rd., Gastonia, NC 28056.
