Shane Necessary

Shane Necessary, 20, of Gastonia, passed away January 8, 2018 at The Robin Johnson House, Dallas, NC.  He was born September 1, 1997, in Mecklenburg County, NC.  Shane was a native of Mecklenburg County, loved the Patriots Football Team, mountains, beach, Scooby-Doo, and his family and friends.  He is survived by his father and step-mother, John Necessary and Wendy; mother and step-father, Trina Boyd and Scott; paternal grandparents, Bob and Jean Necessary; maternal grandfather, Wesley Anderson; brothers, Chris Boyd, Keith Necessary, Cole Hamrick, and Chance Boyd; sisters, Tamela Boyd, Alexandria Garland, and Angel Necessary; like a brother, Brandon Anderson; and a number of nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Springwood Freewill Baptist Church, 826 Stanley Spencer Mountain Rd., Gastonia, NC 28056, officiated by Pastor Jeff Silver, and the Rev.
