Shane "Shawn" Dockery, 44, of Gastonia, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
He was born on February 25, 1977, in Gaston County, to Allen Dockery and Barbara Winstead.
Shawn was preceded in death by his daughter, Alexia Dockery, and son, Quay Dockery.
Left to cherish Shawn's memories are his father and stepmother, Dale and Serita Dockery; mother, Barbara Winstead; daughters, Haylee, and Summer Dockery; brothers, Charlie Dockery, and Thomas Parks; and sister, Crissy Lee.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 22, 2021, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC, 28052.
