Sandra K. Phillips, 65, of Gastonia, passed away June 9, 2003, at her home.
She was born August 28, 1957, in Lincoln County, daughter of the late Frank Smith and Hazel Bonsal.
Sandra was of Baptist faith.
She graduated from Newton-Conover High School and she also graduated from Gaston College with a degree in Medical Office Administration.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Sandra's home Friday, June 16, 2023, from 5:30-8:00 pm.
Sandra is survived by her daughter Heather Phillips; her grandchildren, Ethan Curtis, Makenzie Curtis; niece, Lori Burns; great-niece, Brianna Burns; numerous friends.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Smith; and her precious kitty, Sassy.
