Sandra Green Davis

Sandra Darlene Green Davis, 76, of Gastonia, NC passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021 at her home.

She was born March 21, 1945, in Gaston County, NC, daughter of the late Dee Green and Florence Elizabeth Green Gill.

Sandra attended Calvary Baptist Church, Gastonia, NC and loved her church family and friends. She was retired from Freightliner/UAW Local 5286.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Hope Hatchett, Mary Davis, and Suzi who helped with Sandra's personal care. The family would also like to thank Suzanne and Kenya with Hospice of Lincoln County; Michelle, Amanda, and Anna with Stress Free Home Care of Stanley.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, David B. Davis; sons, Allen Davis, Robert Davis and wife Roxanne,; sister, Loraine Stowe and husband Wayne; brothers, Gary Green and wife Vicki, Curtis Gill and wife Missy; grandchildren, Carl Davis, Nathan Davis and wife Mary, Anna Marie Davis, Jacob Davis, and Jim Edwards and wife Kim.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Church, 3001 York Highway, Gastonia, North Carolina. Pastor Josh Landon will be officiating.

Interment will be held at Hardin Community Baptist Church Cemetery.
