Ronnie William Watson

Ronnie William Watson, 68, of Gastonia, passed away November 19, 2018 at his brother's residence.
He was born, November 11, 1950, a native of Gaston County, the son of the late James Watson Sr. and Bertha Watson Gibby.
Ronnie was a Security Guard (Captain) for 25 years for American Security Service American Efird Plant #21 location.
He is survived by his brothers, Jimmy Watson (Linda) and Johnny Gibby (Christy); and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, James Watson, Jr.
Family wants to express their great appreciation to employees and friends he worked with for their prayers, cards and phone calls and to the ones who helped and cared for Ronnie, Wayne and Jill Drake and Jeff Ramsey. Family wants to thank Gaston Hospice for all their help and care especially Kim Carter and Tracy.

Visitation will be held from 6- 8 pm Friday, at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC.
Service will be private.
