Ronnie Gibson

Ronnie Gibson, 70, of Gastonia, passed away May 15, 2016 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

He was born March 12, 1946, a native of Gaston County, the son of the late Rev. Ted Gibson and Zola White Gibson.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Letha "Mid" Gibson; daughter Tonya Gibson Foley; grandchildren Jonathan and Kelly Lunsford; one brother and one sister.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his infant daughter Crystal Dawn Gibson; two brothers and two sisters.

A celebration of life service will be held 2 pm Wednesday at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Chester Waters.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
