Ronald Mcnaught

Ronald J. McNaught, 71, of Gastonia, passed away June 20, 2012, at Gaston Memorial Hospital. He was born January 6, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late John and Margaret McNaught. Mr. McNaught attended New Testament Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held 2 pm on Saturday, at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Terry Huffman. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City. He is survived by: his sons, Daryn Hooper and fiancee`, Rebecca of Gastonia, David McNaught of Inkster, MI; daughters, Jessica Echott and husband, Charlie of Taylor, MI, Linda Lowe of Burford, GA; seven grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: his wife of 15 years, Erlean McNaught. Arrangments are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
