Ronald Gene Ivey, Jr.

Ronald "Bean Bean" Gene Ivey, Jr., 51, of Bessemer City, NC, passed away September 28, 2024, at his home.

He was born in Gaston County, NC, on May 8, 1973, to Eleanor Ivey and the late Ronald Gene Ivey, Sr.

Ronald was always laughing, picking, and on the go. He would do anything for anyone that needed help. He loved children and all of his nieces and nephews. He helped take care of his father and also assisted with caring for his mother. He loved breakfast food, especially from Little Dan's. His favorite drink was Red Bull.

In addition to his mother, Ronald is survived by his sister, Wendy Price and husband Brian; brother, Roger Dale Ivey and partner Debbie; nieces, Summer Price and Jessica Jenkins; nephews, Tommus Price, Christian Ivey, Lucas Ivey, and Blake Jones; and seven great nieces and great nephews

A service to celebrate Ronald's life will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 2:00 pm, at Good News Tabernacle, 715 Athenia Place, Bessemer City, NC 28016.
