Roger K. Miller

Roger K. Miller, 74, of Gastonia, passed away September 17, 2014 at the Robin Johnson House, Dallas. He was born November 5, 1939 in Chattanooga, Tenn., son of the late Emmett and Mildred Miller. Roger was a retired sergeant with the US Army for 22 years who served three tours in Vietnam, during the Korean War and was assigned to Germany for 10 years. He is survived by his sister, Margaret Ann Ingram and husband, Eric E. of Gastonia; niece, Amber Paige Strong and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonzie L. Miller and brother, Harry E. Miller. All services will be private.
