Rodney Eugene Peeler, 54, of Mooresboro, passed away August 9, 2018 at his residence.
He was born August 1, 1964 in Gaston County.
Rodney was an avid hunter and was a truck driver for many years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie "Bill" Eugene Peeler and his brother-in-law, Robert Ham.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Dot Huskey and husband Jack; and sisters, Kim Walls and husband Mike, and Rhonda Ham; two nieces; and a nephew.
A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Dickie Spargo, will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 18 at Bethlehem Church, Gastonia.
Visitation will follow the service at the church.
