Gastonia, NC Robert Abbott, 57, of Dallas, NC passed away Thursday, November 28th, at Heritage Oaks Assisted Living, Gastonia. He was born September 21, 1956 in Gaston County son of the late Charles and Betty Abbott. He is survived by: a step-son, David Gibson of Mimos, TN; step-daughter, Alisa MC Laughlin of McMinnville, TN; brothers, William Rogers and wife, Terry of Dallas, David Rogers of Dallas and Larry Rogers and wife, Karen of Iron Station. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Regina Abbott; sister, Helen Holden and brother, Marvin Rogers. All services are private. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
