Rl Totherow

RL Totherow, 86, of Kings Mountain, went to be with his Lord on July 12, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Hester Trantham Totherow; sisters, Hazel Huskins, Eleanor Wilson, Pauline Watkins, France Rimmer; brothers, Marvin Totherow, Garland Totherow, Loyd Totherow, Arnold Totherow,,; grandson, Jeremie Lawrence.

RL is survived by his children, Ricky Totherow and wife Toni of Rocky Point; daughter, Rebecca Totherow, George Totherow both of Kings Mountan; beloved dog, Peanut; four grandchildren, Nanci, Christopher, Jyl, Crystal; thirteen great- grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild; special nephew/brother, Austin (Boomer) Totherow, many other nieces and nephews.

RL was a loving daddy, pawpaw and friend.

He was a member of New Life Baptist Church, Bessemer City.

Daddy is "Home" now.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to New Life Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1258, Bessemer City, NC 28016 or Gaston Hospice P.O. Box 3984 Gastonia, NC 28054.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, July 17, 2021, at New Life Baptist Church,614 South 11 ^th Street, Bessemer City, officiated by Pastor Dennis Gomez.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will be at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service.
