Rita Diane Perkins

Rita Diane Perkins,74, of Gastonia, passed away on February 20, 2020, at her home.
She was born September 13, 1945, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Earl Williams and Josie Howard Moore.
Rita was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor John Benton.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
Rita is survived by her daughters, Melissa Wall, Tina Carver, Jeri Derr(Robert); brother, Richard Moore and wife Sandy; sister, Bobbie Blansit; sixteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; best friend, Donna Winstead.
