Ricky Leroy Carnes

Ricky Leroy Carnes, 65, of Kings Mountain, passed away January 17, 2019, at his home.
He was born September 11, 1953, in Gaston, NC, son of the late Paul Leroy Carnes and Vadie Liner Carnes.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, January 20 at 3:00 pm at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Keith Walker.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Carnes is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sue Carnes; son, Ricky Carnes Jr.; daughters, Shelia Carnes and fiancé, Jason Guye, Stephanie Roberson and husband, Robert; brother, Paul Lowery; sisters, Pamela Davis and fiancé, Kenny Davis, Tina Kutsch and husband, Kevin; sister-in-law, Debbie Ramsey and husband, Tony; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
