Ricky Dewayne Burton, 67, of Gastonia, passed away August 15, 2018 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
He was born April 10, 1951 in Maricopa County, Arizona, the son of the late Richard Burton and Thelma Davis Burton.
Ricky is survived by his wife, Cheryl Burton; son, Tarl Burton and wife Mandi; daughter, Alicia LePino and husband Michael; and six grandchildren.
A graveside service, officiated by the Rev. Bo Osborne Jr. will be held 3 pm Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Evergreen Cemetery, 1462 Armstrong Ford Road, Belmont, NC. Full military honors will be provided by the US Marine Corps and the Gaston County Honor Guard.
