Richard was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann Perry Waters and great-grandson, David Gabriel VanWassenhove.

He is survived by his second wife, Nancy Crosby Waters, daughter, Libby Waters McCraw, son, Richard E. Waters, grandson, Seth McCraw, granddaughter, Stacy McCraw VanWassenhove, and four great-grandchildren.

We will long cherish his memory.
