Richard Lawrence Johnson Iii

Richard Lawrence Johnson III, 36, of Lexington, SC passed away April 18, 2019 at his residence.
He was born June 13, 1982 in Gaston County, the son of Richard Lawrence Johnson II and the late Anita Dees Johnson.
Richard was of the Church of God faith. He loved meeting people and playing video games. He was especially fond of his special dog, Lacey.
Along with his father, he is survived by his live-in spouse of four years, Kristy Baugus; brothers, Matthew Lawrence Johnson and Simon James Johnson of Gastonia; sisters, Rita Stephanie Johnson and Dawn Michelle Johnson of Gastonia; two aunts, Nancy Garmon and Martha Kirkpatrick; and 17 nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard L. Johnson Sr. and Frances Collier Johnson.
All services will be private.
