Richard "Rick" Bradley, 63, native of Gaston County passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Kindred Hospital, Greensboro, N.C. He was born June 20, 1951 son of Betty Jo Bradley and the late Dial Henderson Bradley. Mr. Bradley was a Marine Veteran who served in guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the President's Honor Guard. He also worked at Winn Dixie in Charlotte, NC, for over ten years. He worked at Fed Ex, and Clark Tire. A memorial service will be held 3 pm, Saturday, at South Marietta Street Baptist Church, Gastonia. Officiated by Pastor Tommy Self. Visitation will be held 2:00 - 2:45 pm prior to the service at the church. Mr. Bradley is survived by his mother, Betty Jo Bradley of Gastonia; brothers, and sisters, Ann Bradley Woelfel and husband Hal, of Nebo, NC; Ted William Bradley of Gastonia, Joe Gregory Bradley and wife Janie Darlene of York, SC; nieces, Brandy, Christy, and Heather; ten great nieces and nephews. In addition to his father he is proceeded in death by, grandmothers, Fairy Bridges Bradley Willie Hooker; Grandfather, Roy Hooker. Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors Project P.O.
