Richard Barker

Richard Barker, 42, of York, SC, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.

He was born October 2, 1982, in Gastonia, NC, to Adam and Lisa Barker.

Richard was a loving, outgoing person. He never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing and loved his family. He also loved his fur baby Flare.

Richard is survived by his wife, Crystal Peeler Barker; father, Adam Barker; mother and stepfather, Lisa and Jimmie Barker; son, Dalton Conard; daughter, Taylor Barker; brother, Joshua Barker; niece, Monika Barker; nephew, Ayden Barker.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM, at the home of Crystal Barker, 307 South Liberty Street, Gastonia, NC, 28052.
