Renae Bates Bingham

Renae Bates Bingham, 72, of Kings Mountain, passed away February 23, 2022, at her mother's home in Gastonia.

She was born April 9, 1949, in Gaston County, daughter of Betty Louise Grindstaff Drennan and the late Joe Clarence Bates.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Monday, February 28, 2022, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Dennis Bean.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia.

In addition to her mother, Betty Louise Grindstaff Drennan, Renae is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Daniel Timothy Bingham; son, Todd Bingham and wife Amy; brothers, Joe Bates and wife Regina; grandchildren Kirstin Bailey, Caleb Bingham; great-grandchild, Axel Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in honor of Timothy Bennett, 92 West Miller Street Orlando, Florida 32806.
