Reginald "R.C." Wilson

Reginald "R.C." Wilson, 74, of Gastonia, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

He was born in Gaston County on October 13, 1948, to the late Joe Columbus and Mildred Weaver Wilson.

R.C. attended Davis Memorial Baptist Church in Gastonia. He graduated from Hunter Huss High School and retired from Eaton Corporation in Kings Mountain. He found his true calling when he became a caregiver for his cousin, Walter Sepaugh. He loved music and penned many songs throughout the years.

He is survived by his sister, Ann Carpenter; nieces, Marsha Griffin (Donnie), Jamie Bond (Tommy); great niece, Natalie Bond; great nephew, Zachary Bond; numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, neighbors at Catherin Booth Apartment Complex.

All services will be private.
