Regina Bell Elmore

Regina Bell Elmore was born on December 7, 1960, in Gastonia NC. She was the fifth child born to Geneva and Rufus Bell. She was married to Ralph Elmore on November 28, 1980. She gave birth to her first and only child Heather Stiles on June 23, 1981.

Regina Bell Elmore was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was disabled at the early age of 28 where it was thought to limit her being able to do the things that a wife and mother could do. Regina did not let that stop her. Being the fighter she is, she continued to push herself to be a person of integrity and honor. She had a great love for life. Always greeting people with a beautiful smile. She was strong, loving, kind, and generous. Loving Jesus, Family, Friends and animals. Caring for her husband, Ralph Elmore, of 43 years along with her daughter, Heather Stiles, (David) and grandson, Troy Stiles. They were truly her sunshine.

Preceded in death by: Father, Rufus J. Bell Sr; Mother, Geneva H. Bell: brother, Rufus J. Bell Jr.

Survivors include: Husband, Ralph Elmore, children Thad Elmore (Deb) of Taylorsville NC, and Heather Stiles (David) of Clover SC, Sisters Linda Bess of Gastonia NC, Sandra Allen (Andy) of Plymouth NC and Vickie White (Bob) of Naples FL; grandson Troy Stiles. She was blessed with many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Friday, September 22, 2023, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Devin Kahan. The family will greet friends after the service.
