Rebecca Christine Stewart

Rebecca Christine Stewart, 50, of Gastonia, NC, passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 50. She was born on August 15, 1974, to her parents Micheal and Rebecca Stewart in Gastonia, NC.

Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Erica Brannon; son, Justin Brannon; grandchildren, Aaliyah, Tristin, Emery, Autumn, Grayson, and Legacy; sister, Kerri Stewart, and will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.

She had a great love for reading, especially enjoying the works of author Nicholas Sparks. A frequent visitor to the movies and the beach, Rebecca found joy in the simple moments of life and had a deep passion for animals.

A Memorial Service officiated by Pastor Michael Leary will be held Monday, November 18, 2024, 3:00 pm, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Rebecca will forever be remembered for her kind heart, love for her family, and the joy she brought to those around her. May she rest in peace.
