Randy Steven Deal

Randy Steven Deal, 58, of Bessemer City, passed away on January 6, 2013 at his home. He was born January 10, 1954 in Gaston County son of the late James Lester Deal Jr. and Ruth Wilson Deal. Mr. Deal was a member of Church of Christ of Gastonia. The Deal family would like to extend a warm thanks to Gaston Hospice , RN Donna Matherly and to the Church of Christ of Gastonia for their loving care and support of Mr. Deal. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Randy will be 6:00 pm on Thursday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia officiated by Pastor Mike Morton and Pastor Roy Dean Clark. The family will receive friends 5:00-6:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Mr. Deal is survived by: his loving wife of over 10 years, Mary Jane Deal of the home; daughter, Jennifer Deal of Harpers Ferry, WV; mother in-law, Patricia K. Small of Bessemer City; brother, Michael Deal of Dallas; sisters, Joyce Elders and husband Jimmy of Dallas, Becky Clark and husband Gene of Gastonia; grandchildren, Bailey Gillespie, Hannah Shaw. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: sister, Janice Ledford. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Gaston Hospice, P.O.
