Randy Dean Bryant

Randy Dean Bryant, 63, of Bessemer City, passed away July 24, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

He was born January 11, 1960, in Gaston County, son of Brenda Helms and the late George Bryant.

He was a US Air Force veteran where he worked as Telecommunications Operations Specialist.  He served in Desert Storm and had been stationed in Greece for several years.

Randy was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia officiated by Pastor Ronnie Pressley, and military honors provided by the US Air Force and the Gaston County Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Friday, July 28, 2023, at the funeral home.

Randy is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Linda Darlene Reinard Bryant; son, Travis Green; daughters, Shannon Sellers and husband Kenny, Summer Bryant; adoptive mother, Stella Johnston; sister, Karen Honeycutt; grandchildren, Austin Sellers, Camrin Green, Makenzie Sellers, Hunter Sellers, Sophia Green, Silas Green, Prestin Parson, Trey Wells, Mason Wells; great-grandchildren, Kehlani Sellers, Halo Sellers.

In addition to his father, Randy was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Reinard; paternal grandparents, Mauney and Estelle Willis.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service located at 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia.
