Randolph "Randy" Galloway

Randolph "Randy" Galloway, 63, of Mt. Holly, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 at his home.

He was born October 25, 1952, son of the late Vess Galloway, Sr. and Margaret Louise Galloway.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Shirley Masters, Virginia Pennington, Susie Pressley, Mildred Chapman and Mother In-Law Margie Jones.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 44 years Phyllis Galloway; daughters, Melisa "Missy" Hook, Miranda "Mandy" Castevens and husband Michael, Casandra "Cassie" Winchester; brothers, Vess "Bud" Galloway, Jr. and wife Fay, William Galloway Sr. and wife Barbara; sisters, Helen Pressley, Betty Jean Lance; father in-law, Boyd Jones, Sr; grandchildren Katelynn Santangelo and husband Joseph, Kristen Hook, Robert E. Lee Caulder IV, Joyce "Joyceann" Caulder, Calvin Winchester, Jasmine Winchester.

A funeral service, officiated by Rev. Michael Wilson and Rev. Benson Galloway, Sr. will be held 1 p.m. Friday, October 21, at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, 1301 Essex Street. Gastonia.

The family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia.

Interment will be in Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery.
