Randall Scott Cooper

July 3, 1970 — March 27, 2025

Gastonia

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randall Scott Cooper, born on July 3, 1970, in Fayetteville, NC, who left us on March 27, 2025. Randall was a true family man, known for his unwavering love for his wife, Pamela, and his beloved daughter, Jessica. He cherished every moment with them and found immense joy in their company.

Randall was a man of simple pleasures. He had a passion for fishing, often casting his line in the hopes of a good catch, and he was a loyal fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, fiercely cheering them on from his living room. His infectious spirit and willingness to help anyone in need made him a beloved figure among family and friends.

Randall is survived by his loving wife, Pamela, and their daughter, Jessica Cooper. He also leaves behind his mother, Vera Cooper, and his brothers, Brian and Wendell (Trey) Cooper, along with their wives, Gena Cooper. He will be dearly missed by his aunt, Shirley Hill, and his cherished nieces and nephews: Zaac Cooper, Savannah Cooper, Curtis Cooper, Lisa Gantt, and Chris Gibson. He also leaves behind cousins Kimmy Grigg and Hailey Walker, who will carry his memory in their hearts.

A memorial service to celebrate Randall's life, where we will gather to share stories, laughter, and tears, will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025, 4:30 PM, at Victory Baptist Church, 106 Battleground Road, Kings Mountain, NC. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church. We invite all who knew and loved Randall to join us in honoring a remarkable man.

In his final wishes, Randall will be cremated, with his ashes to be kept in a place where his family can reflect on his life and the love he shared. We take comfort in knowing that he will always remain a guiding light in our lives.

Randall, you will be forever missed and cherished. Rest easy, dear friend and loved one.

Randall was preceded in death by: Dorothy Long, Wendell Cooper.
