Ramon Johnson Jr.

Ramon Johnson Jr., 83, passed away November 1, 2017 at the Robin Johnson House in Dallas.
He was born March 3, 1934 in Cherokee County, the son of the late Ramon Johnson Sr. and Alma Killion Johnson.
Ramon is survived by son Herman Johnson and wife Sandy; daughter Wanda Broughton; grandchildren Brian Johnson and Justin Broughton; great-grandson Hunter Johnson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Zennie Johnson.
A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Dave MacEachern, will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2017 at Greene Funeral Service – West Chapel 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia.
The family will receive friends 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park.
