Phyllis Warman

Phyllis Evans Warman, 74, of Gastonia passed away December 14, 2013 at her home. She was born March 17, 1939 in Gaston County, daughter of the late Vernon Talamage and Carrie Louise Parker Evans. The family will receive friends from 6:00 -8:00 pm Tuesday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC 28052. Interment will be private. Mrs. Warman loved her family, to garden, cook, and her cats Sassy Ann and Tiger McGee. She was a member of Animal League of Gaston County. She is survived by: her son, John Warman; daughter, Diane Blanks; sisters, Kathy Cole, Sherry Reynolds; grandchildren, David Blanks, Laurin Blanks, and Krista Flowers; nephew, Andy Reynolds. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by: her husband A.C. Warman. Memorials may be made to Animal League of Gaston County, 972 East Franklin Blvd. Gastonia, NC 28054.
