Pearl Whitaker Sellers, 75, of Kings Mountain, passed away on April 20, 2018, at her home.
She was born April 29, 1942, in Cleveland County, daughter of the late Walter Whitaker and Margaret Carpenter Whitaker.
A memorial service will be held 5:00pm Thursday, April 26, 2018, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Jack Gouge.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be private.
Mrs. Sellers is survived by son, Wes Sellers; daughter, Judy S. Mauldin and husband, Dewey; brothers, Jacky (Annette) Danny (Darlene) and Roy (Louise) Whitaker; grandchildren, Ashley Sellers, Dustin and Dylan Mauldin; great-grandchild, River Pressley.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sellers; son, Chris Sellers; brothers Bobby and Billy Whitaker; sisters, Shirley Blanton, Peggy Brooks.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Pearl Sellers memorial fund c/o Greene Funeral Service 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, NC 28052.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
