Pauline Deal Dailey

Pauline Deal Dailey, 87, of Gastonia, passed away April 6, 2016 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

She was born November 24, 1928 in Athens, GA, the daughter of Eshol and Hattie Deal.

Mrs. Dailey was a member of Charity Independent Baptist Church and former member of Bright Light Baptist Church.  She retired from Homelite Textron after 20 years of service.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Mike and Linda Dailey of Grover; daughters and son-in-laws Sandy and Randy Cochran of York, SC and Belinda and Steve Garland of Gastonia; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 62 years, Ed Dailey; daughter Shelia Diane Dailey; sister Louise Coslow and brothers Colon and Larry Deal.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday at Charity Independent Baptist Church, 2425 Hillmont Street, Gastonia, with Brian Austin officiating.

Visitation will be 1 – 2 pm prior to the service at the church.

Interment will be at Hollywood Cemetery in Gastonia.
