Paul Ray Kirkland

Paul Ray Kirkland, 45, of Belmont, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at his residence. He was born July 5, 1973 in Gaston County and was the son of the late Jessie Kirkland and the late Marcelene Chester Black. Paul loved people and never met a stranger. He was a former member of the Randolph County Fire and Rescue. He will be missed by the Noble Kava Community. Left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Dennis Jordan and Leon Kirkland; sisters, Dena Gunn, Elaine Kirkland and Debra Thomas; nephews, Dustan Gunn and Robbie Gunn (Rachel); several grand nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 3 pm Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service 1503 S York Rd. Gastonia with Pastor Kevin Ford, officiating. Condolences may be made online at www.greenefuneral.com
