Paul Blaine Garland

Paul Blaine Garland, 77, of Lincolnton, NC, passed away Tuesday, January 7th 2025.

Blaine was born April 18,1947 in Key West, FL, to the late Paul Garland and Fortune Judy Howell.

Blaine is survived by son, Jason Bervaldi; stepsons, Jamey Barber and Todd Barber; stepmother, Jennie Garland; sister, Carol Garland; brothers, Henry Garland and Scott Garland; cousin, Wanda Fuller; as well as many other cousins, and grandchildren.

Blaine's passion for dogs was unstoppable. He trained with the best K9 trainers in the world, created his own style, and bred excellent dogs to do the work. He put his dogs first, and the quality showed it. Several police departments loved getting dogs from him because they knew the dogs would be more than capable of performing the duties of the job. Blaine also provided so many people with exceptional pets that provided both companionship and protection. He will truly be missed in the dog world.
