Paul Dean Brock

Paul Dean Brock, 75, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

He was born April 29, 1947, a native of Gaston Co, NC, son of the late Doyle Paul and Helen Crook Brock.

Paul was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, Belmont. He was the former pastor of New Life Baptist Church, Belmont, and Westside Baptist Church (Holly Hunter Baptist Church). Paul was also a Veteran of the US Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Fisher.

Paul is survived by his wife of 56 years, Freida Brock; daughters, Christa Brock, and Heather Brock; brother, Tim Brock; sister, Trudy Pope; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service officiated by Pastor Jan Deans with military rights by Gaston County Honor Guard, will be held 3pm on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at Friendship Baptist Church - 5008 S New Hope Rd, Belmont, NC 28012.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
