Paul Robert Bridges

Paul Bridges, 84, of Lowell, NC, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at The Greens of Gastonia, NC.

He was born September 19, 1940, a native of Gaston Co, NC, son of the late Harley Tommy Bridges and Edna Smith Bridges.

Paul was a US Army Veteran, and had formally worked at Scodako for over 20 years as a chemical operator.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Bridges; sisters, Becky Williams, Kathleen Heilig, and Glenda Jolly; son, Eric Bridges; and daughter-in-law, Debbie Bridges.

Paul is survived by his sons, Tommy Bridges, and Joel Bridges (Christina); daughter, Erika Woodburn (Eric); and grandchildren, Bobby Bridges, Brittney Bridges, Amber, Whitney Mitchell, Briana Woodburn, and Issac Woodburn.
