Patsy Ritchie

Patsy Carpenter Ritchie, 57, of Gastonia, passed away October 28, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

A Gaston County native, she was born September 28, 1966, daughter of the late Billy Ray and Irene Haynie Carpenter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Ritchie; and brothers, Bobby and Michael Carpenter.

Patsy loved reading her Bible, watching Hallmark movies, and spending time with her grandson.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Justin Carpenter; grandson, Houston Carpenter; bonus daughter, Ashley Stiles; cousins, Sandy Hamrick, Kelly Church (Robert); special friends, Iris Watson and Kim Gilardi, fur baby, Shooter, and many extended family members.

Memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice, 2240 Remount Rd, Suite A, Gastonia, NC 28054.

Services will be scheduled at a later date.
