Patsy "Pat" Lee May

Patsy "Pat" Brown May, age 73, sadly left us on August 6, 2024.

Pat lived in Gastonia where she was born and raised.

Pat is preceded in death by her father, Willie; and mother, Florence Brown; brothers, John, Ray, Tom, and Bill; sisters, Evelyn, Sue, and Dot.

Pat is survived by her sister, Mildred; and two loving daughters, Deborah Wetherby, and Patty Simmons; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nephews, nieces and friends.

To know Pat was a great honor. She had the biggest heart for giving and her love for Jesus Christ lets us all know she is in his loving arms.  Pat believed Jesus healed her multiple times through her nephew Bubba's prayers. Pat enjoyed playing cards with family and friends while enjoying a nice cold beer. Other hobbies of hers included watching football (Carolina Panthers), listening to music and "boogieing". Her dance moves will forever be one of OUR favorite memories of her.
