Patricia Ann Wells

Patricia Ann Wells, 67, of Kings Mountain, passed away on October 16, 2013 at Kings Mountain Hospital. She was born February 1, 1946 in Greenville County, SC, daughter of the late Brodus Brewington and Edith Ledford Morrison. Mrs. Wells was an active member of Oak View Baptist Church, Kings Mountain. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family deeply and enjoyed family gatherings, especially during the holidays. She enjoyed watching "The Waltons". A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at Oak View Baptist Church, 1517 York Rd., Kings Mountain officiated by Rev. Richard Brown. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia. Interment will be at Oak View Baptist Church Cemetery Mrs. Wells is survived: her loving husband of 48 years, Steve Wells; son, Michael S. Wells of Kings Mountain; daughter, Jennifer Michele Hoffman and husband Terry of Kings Mountain; brother, Jerry Morrison and wife Libby of Grover; sister, Claudette Sisk of Kings Mountain; grandchildren, Courtney Ann Wells, Cameron M. Carter, Dillon A. Carter, Jacob. D. Hoffman; great granddaughter,Bree Carter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by; stepfather, Claude Morrison; brothers, Fred Cash, Larry and Darrell Morrison.
