Patricia Mae Thomas Allen

Patricia Mae Thomas Allen, 51, of Kings Mountain, passed away on February 23, 2022, at Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby.

She was born December 30, 1970, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Haskell Jerald Thomas and Terry Helms Thomas Stiles.

Patricia was known for her quick wit, her infectious smile, kind compassionate spirit, time spent with family and friends and the love and closeness she had with her family.

She loved to cook and enjoyed eating homemade pickles.

She enjoyed trips to the mountains, hair spray rock bands, dancing and planting flowers.

For many years she took care of foster children.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Evangel Assembly of God 625 Neal Hawkins Road Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Rufus Johnson.

Patricia is survived by her boyfriend, Jeff Hannon; daughters, Amber Nicole Chestine, Lisa Marie Thomas; sister, Sherry Benfield; two grandchildren; niece, Melissa Link and husband Michael; numerous other family members and friends; and fur baby Bitty.

In addition to her parents Patricia was preceded in death by her granddaughter.
