Patricia Luitelle Horton

Patricia Lutelle Horton, 79, of Belmont, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born July 12, 1937, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Ralph Shoemaker and Mildred Smith Moody.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Horton; brother, Gene Shoemaker, Jimmy Shoemaker, Jerry Elllington; and sister, Dot Polk.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Terry Deal and Fiancé, Sue Dennis, Gary Deal and Fiancé, Pat McGee; daughter, Lisa Dunn; grandchildren, Michael Deal, Shana Brumbalow, Malissa Parrot, and Alex Dunn; and 8 great grandchildren.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Joe Williams, will be held 5pm on Saturday at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 South York Rd, Gastonia.

Interment is private.
