Papa Joe Hartness, 64, of Belmont passed away January 29, 2015 at his residence. He was born November 24, 1950 a native of Gaston County, the son of the late Thomas and Patricia Hartness. A memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday at 213 Sloan Street, Belmont, NC 28012. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
