Pankaj Kiritbhai Patel

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Pankaj Kiritbhai Patel, a beloved husband and father, who left us on October 2, 2025, at the age of 54. Born on December 22, 1970, in India, Pankaj had a zest for life that touched everyone around him.

He loved all sports especially volleyball, and loved garba dancing. Pankaj also owned Circle A Food Store, Mt Holly, NC.

Pankaj is survived by his devoted spouse, Shilpa Patel; parents, Kirit and Anandi Patel; son, Yash Patel; daughter, Ria Patel; brother, Hiral Patel; sisters, Alpa Patel, and Nilam Patel. He will always be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and the joy he brought to those who knew him. He had an extraordinary ability to light up a room with his laughter and made friends wherever he went.

We invite friends and family to join us for funeral services to honor Pankaj's life, which will take place 11:00am on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052. Pankaj may be gone from our sight, but he will forever remain in our hearts.
