Pam Carr

Pam Carr, 55, of Dallas, passed away July 6, 2016 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 19, 1960, a native of Gaston County.  Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 37 years, Jeff Carr; children Dawn Childers and husband Lee of York, SC, Trisha Pasour and husband Chris of Dallas, Tiffany Whitener and husband Alvin of Gastonia, Holly Carr and Andy Bigger of Charlotte; grandchildren Mitchell Carr, Emily Pasour, Savannah Stickle, Jacob Stickle, William Shelton, Douglas Carr, Dalton Stickle, Emma Branch, Derrick Propst Jr., Wesley Pasour, Avery Propst, Steven Branch and Hunter Bigger; mother Nancy Mercer; mother-in-law Aileen Carr; brother Paul Perkins and wife Karen of Lowell and 19 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Harold Perkins; daddy Lewis "Pops" Mercer, father-in-law Wilburn "Bill" Carr, sister Diane Morton and sister-in-law Adele Carr.

A funeral service, officiated by Rev. Doug Baltzegar will be held 3 pm Saturday, July 9th at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia.

The family will receive friends 1 – 3 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery.
