Born on July 19, 1953, in Gastonia, Olivia lived her life with a spirit as vibrant as the summer blooms. A proud graduate with an Associate's Degree, she dedicated herself to her craft as a Master Barber, where her talent and passion brought beauty to the lives of many.

Known for her warm smile and open heart, Olivia never met a stranger. Her kindness and genuine spirit resonated with everyone she encountered, making her a beloved member of the community. Olivia held a special love for her family, including her adoring daughter, Jada Withers, her devoted son, Jamie Blair, Loving life partner Jim Blair, and her mother, Betty Gibson. Olivia adored her five grandchildren, Zoey Blair, Jessica Blair, CarolAnne Lowrance, Skyla Blair and Chance Blair, and her first great-grandchild Ace Westyn Holmes, who were "her world". Her love was a constant theme in her life's journey, one that she expressed through laughter, travel, and shopping excursions, particularly to her favorite destination: Charleston, South Carolina.

Olivia possessed an eye for fashion that transformed not just her own style but inspired those around her. She embraced every moment, and her adventurous spirit enriched the lives of all who knew her.
