Norman "Bo"Johnson Jr., 63, of Gastonia, passed away December 25, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. He was born October 25, 1954, a native of Gaston County, the son of the late Norman Asbury Johnson Sr. and Alene Knight Beaty.
Survivors include his soul mate, Lisa McDaniel; son, Jason Johnson; grandsons, Jason Michael Johnson, Zain Johnson, Alex Barrales, Coby and Caleb McDonald, Charles Moore, Jeffrey Vandell; granddaughters, Taylor Johnson and Nikki Moore; sister, Betty Christenberry; step-daughters, Misty Aquilar, Cynthia McDonald and Donna Thomas.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, John Johnson and son, Michael Johnson. The family will receive friends 2 – 3 pm Friday, December 29, 2017 at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia.
