Norma Jean Howard, 77, of Bessemer City, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018, at Courtland Terrace, Gastonia.
She was born April 28, 1941, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Inez Rimmer Autry.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sons, Danny, Robert, and Jack Howard, Jr.; and brothers, John Autry, Dennis Autry.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Susie Wilson (Rick), Teresa Howard (Sean); brothers, Terry Autry and John Autry; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 3:00pm Tuesday, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia. The Rev. Richard Maltba will be officiating.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Interment will be held at Armstrong Cemetery, Gastonia.
Memorials may be made to Courtland Terrace, care of Memory Floor, 2300 Aberdeen Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28054.
