Norma Jean Culbertson

Gastonia, NC Norma "Jean" Culbertson, 69, passed away January 6, 2013, at The Robin Johnson House, Dallas. She was born January 8, 1943 in Gastonia, daughter of Estelle Woody Tweed of Lincolnton and the late Junior Ruben Tweed. Jean was a member of Landmark Baptist Church, Gastonia. A funeral service will be held 2 pm on Thursday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Forrest Hennessee and Pastor Larry Liverett. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Gaston Memorial Park Mausoleum, Gastonia. In addition to her mother she is survived by: her husband of 50 years, Roger Culbertson of the home; children, Charles "Chuck" Culbertson and wife, Judy of Gastonia, Pamela Darlene Basile and her husband, Mike of Deland, FL, Charles Ronnie Culbertson of Japan; brother, Billy N. Tweed Sr. and his wife, Helen of Gastonia; grandchildren, Patrick Culbertson, Mary Culbertson, Ashley Basile; honorary grandchild, Jessica Nocum.
