Norma Haney Clayton

Norma Haney Clayton, 75, of Belmont passed away on October 15, 2019 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.
She was born on February 21, 1944, a native of Gaston County, the daughter of the late Joseph Haney and Grace Williams Haney.
Left to cherish her memories are her son, Chuck Clayton (Deidra); daughter, Buffy Williams (Mitchell); sisters, Janice Lang, Sheila Revels, and Pauline Ledford; grandchildren, Chuck, Amber and Winter Clayton, Jonathan and Cyle Hope, Ashley, Emily, Sarah and Stephanie Clayton and Christopher Davis; and great-grandchildren, Korbin, Zoe, Baylon, and Lacey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Clayton; son, Chad Clayton; siblings, Ethel Carswell, Betty Smith, Clara Wilson, James, Johnny and Jerry Haney.
All services are private.
